Dentures in Nixa, MO

Dentures are removable false teeth that are custom-designed to fit your mouth. They are an extremely affordable option for replacing multiple teeth that may be missing from gum disease, tooth decay, or injury. You might be a good candidate for dentures if you’re missing multiple teeth.

There are alternatives to dentures — such as implants or bridges — but they are more expensive, and may not be the best solutions for your situation. Existing systemic disease, bone architecture, and periodontal disease all contribute to whether removable dentures are the best choice for you.

Our dentures will closely match the color of real teeth, so there isn’t a significant difference in appearance. By filling in gaps in teeth, dentures can also improve the look of your smile.

Other benefits of dentures include:

  • Less stress and anxiety about smiling
  • Ability to eat more foods
  • More confidence when speaking
  • Less facial sagging (creating a younger-looking face shape)
  • Better muscle tone in your face, jaw, and neck

Dentures also last a long time – usually 5-7 years. They usually need to be replaced because of natural changes over time to the face, jawbones, and gums, or if the dentures become loose for any reason. Your 6-month regular exam will give us the opportunity to check for any issues.
